We’re a licensed general contractor (PA-177118) with in-house licensed electricians and an authorized Gemstone Lights Platinum Dealer — meaning you get construction, electrical work, and permanent LED lighting managed by one team, start to finish, with no need to juggle multiple contractors.
Do you handle permitting and plan review?
Yes. We coordinate architectural, engineering, plan review, and permitting as part of our turnkey project management for both residential and commercial projects — so you don’t have to manage that process on your own.

Gemstone Lights is a permanent, app-controlled LED architectural lighting system installed directly into your roofline or building exterior. Unlike seasonal string lights, it’s installed once by our licensed electricians and works year-round — fully customizable for holidays, events, branding, or everyday curb appeal, all from your smartphone.
